Beef fajitas for me are seasoned great. Chips are okay. Salsa is HOT which is my preference. Enchiladas are typically good. Very busy usually around dinner weekdays. Ordering ahead mostly easy. Overall, much better Texas Mexican food than most in Waco.

The last few times we have not been impressed. We gave it another chance last night. The waitress was very nice and apologetic.( we soon found out why) We ordered fajitas.. we were suprised our order was ready so quickly.. however it was because nothing was hot. The onions and peppers were not even cooked. We got only 2 tortillas that were cold and a bit hard. The beans and rice were cold the beef was lukewarm with zero flavor. We only received maybe a tablespoon of guacamole. I doubt we will be back.

I got the lengua tacos and the tortillas were dried out. They were not fresh and the meat was not fresh. There were pieces that were dried up like they'd been sitting for awhile. There wasn't much meat in the tacos like there used to be. Just too much money for poor quality food. I only gave it 3 stars because the waitress was somewhat attentive. I wouldn't reccomend it to my friends which is sad because it used to be a good place to eat.

The food was ok. Nothing to jump up and down about. Service was same. The atmosphere was slow at this time. They have some very cool booths that appear to be new, but we wanted to sit on the ones with cushions and they all seem to be torn.
